If the cost of living were to be reduced, who would take the "hit"? Farmers, Retailers, Manufacturers etc? From what one reads and hears in the media they are all starving and the only people on the pig's back are welfare recipients.

I find I eat pretty well and can mange on a quite meagre income but then one has to cut their cloth accordingly.

I realise the original post was in jest but sometimes it seems the more we see of these things the more we begin to believe it.

Just my two bob's (certainly doesn't buy what it once did) worth.
