Amazing shot Peter, there was a large red sandhill just outside Wentworth NSW (across the border from Mildura Vic) similar to that, I did have a photo of it once but lost it over the years.

Where about's was that taken???

Vic, it was taken from the top of Big Red sand dune (west of Birdsville) in October last year.
