I believe since all these public toilets have been put in the area around where they are and have become ,so messy and dirty ,they would do well to remove them, if they have not got the money to keep some sort of upkeep on them. As long as we all breath there is going to be pigs out there not doing the right thing . I notice most of them mess out in the far flung places is around where these toilets are.Years ago we never had these toilet stops and we also never had the mess around. We just gug a hole and buried it. or just hung on until we got to a town/ roadhouse. Same goes for those 44 gal drum rubbish bins if no maney to empty them do not put them in areas to get filled up and over flowing and then it blows all over the country. I am on a few different organizations to do with OHS ,due to my work and believe me it is a very hot topic regarding the above mentioned.Lets get real hear who would use such toilets if they are in a dirty unhygienic state.
