Nice spot Alan.

Here are a couple of the main street and one of my Transit van on site;

Unfortunately there are a lot of vacant shops in town, but all those needed up and running ok.  Fuel prices at the servo on the corner of the highway and main street are best and they also sell hot and other food.  IGA in main street sells liquor also.  Good Hardware store in main street, also Newsagency and PO etc.
