Caravan Parks close to MCG


I am having trouble finding anyconfuseconfuse Does anyone know of one?

don't believe there is one that is close - perhaps Pakenham and use the train.

Coburg would probably be the closest, if it is still there. Used to be a big4 there up from the old Kodak factory. Get a tram or train down to the city.
The one at Laverton is pretty rough I think

Caravan park close to the MCG, that's a good one :) there used to be one on Sydney rd coburg I think. Good luck with it all anyway:)

There is a Big4 Caravan park at Elizabeth St Coburg. We stayed there recently and it is

clean and functional. Good public transport to the city.

Down by the Yarra is a free camp, it was being promoted only the other week.

Pakenham would work as the train is close by and stops right near the "G".

We stayed at Ashley Gardens in November there is a bus stop right outside the Caravan Park where we caught a bus into Flinders Street and then caught a tram out to the MCG. Was very convenient and not stressful to just sit on the bus or tram and be taken to the MCG where we did a very interesting guided tour of the MCG and Museum there.

ashley gardens in ashley street braybrook beleive lovely or werribee south caravan park but would need car to get to station
