aa funny way to run a buisness

Well I got my battery 5 days ago and tried charging it up .No luck ,I get the voltage up to 13.10 V ,then in about 6  hrs it drops to 11.6 V.

So it is less then 40% full. Funny , I knew that I would have some problems with that company I bought the battery from. In hindside I should have asked for my

money back , but I was hoping they would do the right thing. Now I am having fun  sending the blasted thing back. If anybody likes the name from this company then let me know,I am only to happy supply it .

What was the brand of the battery if that is not giving too much away Hans ????
