Ready to GO


As 9am Tuesday 26th we are off to discover this great country of ours.

i

Its been a long time coming but at last we are ready to go been like being a kid again

on Christmas Eve very excited. Two days to get to Tumut via family at Yarrawonga and then

to Wagga Wagga then a short drive to Tumut a bit of fishing then look out here we come

 

hope to meet new friends listen to new stories and perhaps a cold drink!!

we did a tour of the Tumut hydro electric power station - highly recommended - very informative and interesting

Check out Paddys River Flats freecamp just east of Tumbarumba - that's not far from Tumut. Great spot.

we are nearly ready to go, I spent a lot of hours a the rta yesterday and my husband spent a few hours looking for the engine number of the merc sprinter but we have finally sorted that out. a few more things to do before we head off. hopefully this time next week we will have started our big trip we are heading up to the Barringtons first then to barraba visit the rellies then to glen innis after that we will just go where the road takes us. have a happy and safe easter

Its amazing how many people have either lived or were born upat Barraba, my brother inlaw bought was once a caravan park in fitzroy street and built a house there he still has people wanting a site for the night.
