"Start a New Topic"

smile Got a surprise when I opened the "Start a new topic" window... my post of 6 weeks ago was still there! Does this happen for anybody else? Having deleted it, all seems well.

I'm having my old posts appear in threads as if the quote button was used. No doubt it is a fault happening, but not hard to get around.

It did happen to me once, a week or so back. About that same time there was a thread about it. Hasn't happened lately though.

Pretty good thanks Mate Blood Pressure is a bit flaky but with a bit of luck the medics will get it under control soon.

Am off to South Aust. to visit Irona's familiy next month, not taking the C/V, will use Motels on the way over and stay with Irona's sister whilst we are there.

No problem with "start a new topic" here - it was about six weeks ago we were having all those other problems I think, so maybe related to that.

I had it happen a while back & I still cannot copy info & past to topic.

Thought this old PC might have been the prob, not so as I tried it on out other newer unit & the same.

When I right click to paste on topic I do not get the option to paste.

All other copy/paste within & to external is ok.

JC.

Hi everyone,
Our forum hosts have changed the way that the system handles drafts so I think what’s happening is that any previously saved messages are suddenly coming back as drafts.  If you press the ‘clear’ button underneath the message box you will get a clear slate to write on.  Hopefully, once you have cleared and posted those ‘previously saved messages’, you should be able to start new topics without bringing up old messages.
If you experience any other problems, please let me know and I’ll try to get it sorted out.
