Yet another get together yesterday. We have been joined at Rye for a few days by Kiwi-as and so we took the opportunity to invite Dougwe (Doug) ex Geeens lake and yeoeleven (John) who we came across while returning from Tassie on the Boat. A wonderful time was had by all with as usual wonderful food on offer. It was great to have them all together again after our Greens Lake encounter of a few months back. We were joined later in the day by our neighbour and his wife who we have become good friends with since we started using our base in Rye. So in the end it was a excellent get together all the way round. Thanks also once again to Doug for picking John up as he is between vechicles at the moment , sorry about the long weekend traffic going back to Wonthaggi Doug.
Thanks all for a great day
Brian and Cheryl

No problem. It was a pleasure to pick John up. I had a good afternoon and well worth the long drive home. Thankyou to all of you and safe travels. I am sure we will meet up again.
Funny thing is though I will be just around the corner from John again this Tuesday as my car goes in to get some work done before I migrate North.

A great day was had by all with a special thank you to Doug for picking me up and Cheryl for a fine feast. It was good to catch up with you all again after our happy Greens Lake experiences,
Ok ok ok. I get the hint. Truth is though, that we have been very busy since Christmas, firstly entertaining a couple of fellow Kiwis, then this last week enjoying the company of our daughter with her fiancé and our grand daughter. I also say a big thank you to Briche for allowing us to come join them at Rye and for the wonderful salads etc.

HA HA, that didn';t take long, I knew that but I wasn't going to spill the beans on you. LOL
Welcome back.
