G'day

Due to recent storms we suffered damage to our awning which needs replacing. Our current omnistor awning is 4.5 mt wide and is  roof mounted on a Geist Van.

I was considering replacing it with one that was more readily available in Australia. Any Help would be appreciated.

We are currently at Gerroa on the NSW coast and travelling South.

For good service contact Nowra Canvas at South Nowra on (02) 4421 3794 had a skin replaced there a while back and they were very helpful and did a good job.

If you like the principle of the OmniStore then cnsider the Aussie Traveller Coolibah

 It is much the same thing but much more robust than the usual roll out awnings. It also comes with zippers to attach side and end walls in the future. All you have to do is to quote your original order number and they will construdt any number of shade or solid walls. they post them out and they will fit OK. You can even mail order a complete annex later on if you require one some time down the track.

We have a Geist van and the FIAMMA awning will easily fit as a replacement and are readily available.

Thanks Peter and Ken due to roof line of the van it looks like I'll either have to settle on the Omnistor or go with the Fiama as suggested by Ken
