Well I have registered I wonder if their records go back to the 50's so they can verify that I did in fact work for th PMG, will wait and see if I get a confirming email. I have just dug out the job offer for the company I went to next in 1960 which was International Computers and Tabulators and commencing salary was $40.90 per week Cheers David
Funny, I can't remember what I did yesterday or what is planned for next week, or even what I just went downstairs for, but I can remember my Telstra Employee number (even though it was rarely used), my Army number & even my Father's number in WW2.
I havn't got the any idea what my PMG number was, but that part of the registration form did not have the the essential asterisk and the only bit of paper that I have is my certificate of proficiency at the end of my 5 year training and that had no employee number on it. Cheers David
I got accepted, just had to provide some further details, found my first group certificate and acceptance letter for my resignation, so am now a Telstra Alumni
