Squeaky Bed?

On my last trip I had trouble with some zips that were new and difficult to zip up, I went to IGA in Ravensthorpe, WA, and in the section that sells CRC/WD40 etc I found a dry lube stick which worked really well.   Having used candles before in the past, I reckon they must have made this product based on that.  Can't remember the name of it now and can't find the stick, but wasn't very expensive from memory.

That may also help with the slats besides powder or candle etc.

Hi,just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix a squeaky bed,it is a wood slate bed(futon style),it seems it is the wood squeaking.

Any suggestion would help with a better night sleep.

Thanks

Perhaps find the sqeaky area and rub it with candle wax.

Doesn't look as if the dogs are having any trouble with the squeak in the bed!
Regards the above tips. Which order would you try? Talc first so you can wipe it off if it doesn't work or candle wax first? Wax certainly helps on sticky wooden drawer runners.

Try Silicone spray will stop the squeak Spray between the timber slats and the PVC retainers (providing this is the sort of bed with the curved slats and PVC retainers) and the silicone won't leave any residue.
