I assume you mean via Mangrove & Spencer. The short answer is NO !!! I drive a dodge ram which is 6.5 mtrs long and came home up the hill recently. Several spots were a bit tight and that was car only. I am not a timid driver (had trucks and earthmovig gear for years) but would hesitate taking a van down that road.
