Bringing New Posts To The Top - Old And New Threads

The search thread prompted me to repeat this setting too;

Some of the newer members may not be aware that they can make the latest posts be on top automatically so you don't have to scroll down the thread to read the latest post.  You must sign on for this to work.

Sign On, Click On "User Details" on Top Blue Line, Then Click On "Settings" in the left menu and choose the way you want posts to be displayed.

Just wondered if this was a help to some who didn't know about it or did everyone know this anyway? confuse

I wasn't aware of it myself when I first joined the forum until a member told me about it, I was painfully scrolling down on very thread to see the last reply.....no

I hope so Marj, I think you were the one who told me about this originally (how to.....) when I didn't know some time back, so thanks again for that. aww

It does make you wonder whether it is worth trying to help others though if they can't be bothered acknowledging your thread. confuse

Lets hope as you said that maybe some of the "silent" viewers didn't know this and now do, it makes it so much easier to read the latest posts on a thread as you know. hmm

 Looks like it didn't help anyone due to the response, so everyone must have been full bottle on this procedure.  confuse

No one seems too interested do they Duh, or else they do know it all. Wel at least it is there if they want to refer back to this thread.

Having another look at this whe nI closed the thread, 147 people have viewed it. If you take off the 3 times I have been in and probably the 3 times you have been in that leaves 141 so hopefully someone has been given good advice. lol

Yes Duh, it was me. Not sure how I learnt it or if I figured it out myself. it was some time ago.
