G'day All

I have just received my GNT Issue 39, not through the normal email site, but through the SPAM Site.confuse

Is this now normal practice?   If it is so, can any one enlighten me as to why the change.   Can any GN's indicate

if they also are receiving their GNT through SPAM

I received mine in my hotmail as usual. Not sure what you mean by the SPAM site. Do you mean in your junkmail?

If it came through your junkmail it is because your server didn't recognise the address. Just allow it to send it through your normal email inbox. Good if it did that - safer for you if it checks if things are junk first.

I seem to have dropped off Cindy's list, havent received the last 2 GNT's. I wonder if the big update of the web-site has altered the way in which the GNT is distributed?

Got mine OK. It came through my email address and I just downloaded it.

Sometimes spam filters will flag legitimate emails as spam. It pays to always check your spam box or junk box to see if this has happened.

Yup, I think spam filters are always being updated and upgraded so, on occasions, they start weedng out things that they used to allow through. If you are not getting your GNT - and you were expecting it - that might be the reason. Certainly, we have had a number of people contact us reecnty saying their GNT hasn't arrrived as expected so maybe there has been some big spam filter development or something. However, if you can't find the GNT email anywhere, please drop me a line and I will put you back on the list. I have no idea why people might have fallen off the list .... but we certainly don't want anyone to miss out!

Mine always arrives via the normal email, however when I am advised of a personal message in comes in as junk mail.

Mine went to my spam folder but I just rescued it. Thanks for posting or I wouldn't have know it was there or due.

Mine comes via Yahoo on my iphone, so I can then get the computer set up so I can read it.

Just found mine in the Spam box, told gmail this is NOT Spam, now all is well again.

 

Edit... not so good after all. When I tried to open them I discovered they are unintelligible rubbish! no wonder the machine sent them to Spam. no

Has anybody else had this?
