Best time to go for a walk is when you get your arse off the sofa!! Haha!
Seriously, it makes no difference. Some people are early risers and like to get up early and go for a walk before they start the day...others find time when they finish work!
Just do it!! (Oh, do as I say, not what I do! Lol)

Yep, what she said... anytime is good. You'll be amazed how quickly it gets to be the best parts of your day.

Depends on the weather, not whne you have eaten.
If you are an early riser, get up and go before breakfast. Don't forget to take a bottle of water with you, and good walking shoes.

Or after tea when it cools down a bit. Both will work.

As Buffy said, Do what I say, not what I do. lol

For myself, and the Dog, the best time for a walk is anytime that it is dry and the temperature is below 25C and above 5C.

Our usual daily walk is about 1.5 to 2km at around 8:30-10:30am then another mid-afternoon, same distance.

This time of year most days the afternoon walk is usually cancelled due to the heat as Pugs do not like the heat, well thats my excuse biggrin.

Oh sorry, should have said, avoid the heat of the day in summer! Try to vary it a bit, drive to the beach and walk there for a change... yes I know its a bit of a drive from Nowra, but so worth it.

Or a park or botanical gardens. There's usually a circuit you can walk around a few times.
In Echuca when I lived there I would walk around the park opposite where I lived. It was a sports field. I started of making it around once and got up to being able to do 4 times around very easily.

Yes, milo, no excuses. Walking anytime apart from the very hottest part of the day is always good for you.

I find that walking to the pub about 30 minutes before happy hour starts usually gets me there just on time.

For a walk on the beach the best time is the last of the run-out tide as the sand is firmer.

As the others have said go when it suits your routine but don't put it off unless for bad weather or other unavoidable reasons. Walk alone unless your walking companion/partner walks at the same pace and for the same distance. Walk at your own natural pace, neither faster nor slower but don't stroll.

If on medication and/or insulin for diabetes, after a meal is better to avoid the possibility of hypoglycaemia.
