I thought you might like to see the result of, 'Dougwe's Asian/Hawaiian Chicken Pizza' on the new Baby Q Pizza Stone.
Your favourite pizza base, light cover of tomato paste, light cover of 4 cheese mix, 2 chicken thighs precooked on Q earlier in the day cut into pieces and spread out over base, cooked and peeled small prawns to taste, low fat sun dried tomato's to taste, pineapple pieces to taste, more of the cheese mix spread over top to taste and a light drizzle of Thai Satay sauce over top, cooked for 30 mins.
I must say, yummo. The stone makes a lot of difference.
Hey Dougwe, that looks fantastic !!! I just finished cooking a juicy T bone on mine tonight now that I have seen your pizza, I will have to get a stone, can't also beat scones done in the Q.
Yes Sheba it was. Now I shouldn't admit this because I don't eat all of a pizza in one hit BUT it was that nice there is none left. It was only a small pizza.

Also, rather than spending a fortune on a Baby Q pizza stone just buy one from a kitchen shop, around $15, much cheaper and does the trick.
Cheers. Glenda
I bought a second pizza tray from barbecues galore, $10 I think, one out another straight in. Great if you want to do a few. I've just bought a pizza base mix in a box,(LION brand) comes with everything to make the base including the sauce. I'd say it would make two of the baby sized bases. If it works I'll keep a couple in the van, I'll try it at home first.
