Granny Meets Jonathan

Trying to find a cabin in Parkes, NSW is a bit of a challenge.  Wherever there's mining there are no beds.  However the park that couldn't accommodate me referred me to a cabin park which could.

I was on my way home from Qld again.  I wanted to get home for Christmas, and I had a week or so to do it.

I'd settled in for my stay when a motor bike pulled up by my car.  I was thinking, "I don't know anyone here.  I wonder what they want?  Perhaps they have the wrong cabin."

As the helmet was removed from the smiling head he spoke.  "Hi Cruising Granny.  I'm Jonno," he laughed.  Such a happy chappy.

I was relieved, to say the least, but it was great to meet a fellow GN.  After a short, chirpy chat he was gone.

It was great to meet you Jonno.  Keep smiling.
