Met a nomad at Tin Can Bay

I've come up to my sisters for a few days, and to meet up with Bill12.

We've had a good catchup this arvo, and been out to dinner with sis & bil, and had a good time.

Tomorrow we're going to have a BBQ brekky on Teewah Beach, and the blokes will do some beach fishing while sis & I will probably loll about in the shade or maybe have a dip in the ocean. biggrin

Hope the weather stays fine, although some rain wouldn't go astray.

It's great meeting other members of the forum isn't it Beth. It's like catching up with a family member you havn't seen for some time. I met Bill one time up in Townsville and hope to catch up with him again on his island when I am in Townsville April/May.

Yes Doug, I met Bill last year when he was passing through Logan. Good to catch up again.

We haven't been fishing yet. We decided to go into the Gympie markets this morning. I think we're going down to the bay this arvo. High tide is around 3pm, so might be nice time for a dip too. Not so hot then, hopefully.

Yes, I recall your table. Bumma! I forgot you lived in the area. I'll try to remember next time I go up. smile

Oh and the catch yesterday was 2 bream and a dart. Brother-in-law was happy to get some tips from Bill, and brought home dinner for we three, as Bill left after lunch for his sisters palce at Pamona.

Good couple of days. Bill sure knows all about fish and catching them!
