That Qld Autumn Meet.." SA members"

Curious if any South Aussies have a thought or plan to travel that way.

Would be sort of nice if a small group could travel/tag along together for company.

Any takers ?

Would be great if you can make it Ole-Grizzly. I am heading back up that way next week depending on the temps. I doubt if there will be too many on the road at this time of the year so shall be travelling on my own.

"Bugga"

Doesn't seem right, as it appears as if I am the only one in SA considering the journey up into Qld to catch up with the happy mob at the bush camp rendezvous.

Does this mean I need to change my deodorant?

No Ole-Grizzly, it means you are probably asking the question far too early.
A lot will be still forming their plans for the winter.

G'day Beth.  Yep! I understand everyone is welcome, but was seeing if any other SA nomads were thinking/planning of doing the trek and travel together maybe ?

Thread has been there awhile now and hasn't attracted feedback.  Oh well,I will just have to tolerate my own company during the trip up.

Cheers

We all tolerate our own company on the long trips north Ole-Grizzly. It's not too hard.

Heck girls.....I'm not after a travelling companion (cook & bottle washer) but hoping was some others heading up that way and make it a 'tagalong' trip.

Might have to detour from this and go fishing.

I'm yet to start my Odyssey but I woulda thunk there are always lots of travellers on the road and that meeting peeps was par for the course. I suppose if you have a particular destination in mind, a group trip is okay but my plan is to do short hops on my way around Oz... never quite knowing whether to turn left or right, or bothering with any kind of set itinerary other than north in the winter and south at other times.
