1 cup SR flour
1 cup coconut
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
Very easy. Just stir together and pour into cake or small log tin.
I cooked for first time in my cobb using a small silicone cake pan. Delicious eaten hot with lashings of butter and nice cup of tea.

It is best eaten on the day of baking and, yes, it is so yummy there is generally none left by the end of the day. I don't make it as much as I would like because I am a solo traveller - need I say more!!
