There is a total fire ban on Tuesday 01-01-13 and covers the area from Queenbeyan out to Dubbo and acress to the upper Hunter it also includes all of the Sydney Basin and the Blue Mountains, so please take appropriate action to ensure your safety.

We have our family and friends doing the Xmas and New Year thing celebrating and enjoying ourselves giving little thought to all those out there doing the hard yards looking out for us all.
The guys and gals from the emergency services and all those volunteers from the RFS. Lifesavers Ambos etc.etc.
