It's on the A300 West of Shepparton and between Stanhope and Elmore. If you have Camps6 it is site 475. Are you planning on coming?

Hi Lorainbow,
Are you still at Greens Lake? Has the weather cooled down? Enjoy.

Yes, we are still here at Greens. Will probably be leaving towards the end of this week (if all goes according to plan)

Having read Doug's update I now know why you are still at GL. Sounds like you are getting a good reputation as the Master Chefs of the Grey Nomads!!

Lorraine is a bit absent minded these days, yes the weather has cooled down considerably, so much so that we put on extra clothes after dinner this evening. So different from a few days ago with 40 plus deg.

Same here BB. And I am HOME again after my month's stint with Mum-in-law. It will be lovely to sleep in my own bed tonight.

Why not go back and read all the posts on the different threads relating to it ?  There are quite a lot.

Cheers,

Sheba.

You cut that quote off a bit short Sheba it really said

"Gday all, wots with this 'greens lake'?? after readin all bout we will have t call in an have a look i reckon,, off the ferry on wed. will leave melb. on thur. am. via mildura, on the way to perth... Seems pws25 has read about it and is going to call in. I don't think he needs a directive to read all about it.

Hope pws25 does call in and enjoy our local area, it won't be far out of the way on a trip to Mildura. Consider it as the scenic route.

Cheers

I would have thought that if pws25 had read all the relevant posts, there would have been no need for the question.

Cheers,

Sheba.

I agree ,,,, but why does your mate Guru make it pointed to a lesser member?

If you're meaning me Nomad246,  there have been a number of people lately who have stated that they only read certain threads.

If they do that, they could miss out on interesting posts re. Greens' Lake, as there are a number of different threads pertaining to it.

That was my reasoning for saying what I did.

Cheers,

Sheba.

And who is a "lesser member" ?   No one that I know of.   I don't think that way.

Cheers,

Sheba.

Hey Phil - don't worry about the argy bargy, isn't it around full moon time?????????

Thought your trip over the Strait would be rough - from the wind and rain here - we nearly got blown off Cooee Point yesterday morning - now out at Yolla - still windy, but no rain, plenty of blue sky and sun - heading to Cradle Mtn tomorrow - hope it is a nice day!  Enjoy Greens - make sure you have a small can of corn kernels for bait - the fish in the lake there love corn.

Sorry about that Phil.   I just thought you may have missed some, as they were in a number of different places.

Cheers,

Sheba.
