Wouldn't this topic be more appropriate in the I Digress forum?

The "I Digress" forum is a part of this forum site set up with the intention of providing a section where we can have a conversation about anything unrelated to "Grey Nomad travelling" but which may be of interest to members. IMHO this topic comes under that category.

Making best use of the various other forums within this site frees up the general forum where topics tend to buried quickly before they have "run their race"

I'm not saying any particular thing should be posted in any particular sub forum, but you will find heaps of information if you check out the other sub forums, as well as "general" - may be just what you are looking for!!

Hi all,
I thought this post may be best suited to the “I digress’ forum.  We set up the different sections of the forum so that people could more easily find the kinds of posts that they want to read and contribute to.   There is certainly flexibility but we feel that the categories help people to navigate through the many great posts we’ve got a bit better.  Thanks for your understanding.

Womby, I have followed  this post, and decided, ? [up to now ] not to comment, in case my emotions only 'inflamed' the situation ???

However your above post, is a good account of the rules ''Everyone should be following'' and I agree with Every word you said ??

There is only One chief in this tribe ?? and She has been fair and just in every decision i have seen And is the ONLY person on this forum that has the power to tell ANY member what they can say and do on the forum ??

 I was not going to say anything either Dazren but glad that you did because I totally agree with both you and Wombat about the whole thing.  Nobody should be telling anybody where they can talk about something or where they can't unless it is Cindy.  There are no other moderators that I was aware off so we all need to keep our cherries out.

Terry and Milo I do hope you both return and Terry I agree with you actually that is why most of my topics go in I Digress so that if we want to go off damn topic we can because it is our post. I find that some people do not have a sense of humour and thats fine but we are all grown ups or supposed to be and none of us need to be told what to do I would have thought.

I would hate to see good people leave because of misunderstandings etc.
