Hello Everyone, Is anyone here not able to eat sugar? If so, I would appreciate any recipes as my ideas have dried up. I am looking for a sugarfree yoghurt with Stevia and all the good things like lactobacillus etc. Does anyone know is this exists?
If you want to make your own, Easiyo do several flavours of low fat yoghurts that don't have sugar in them. It's as easy as anything to make. I won't vouch for the taste, as I only make it for the low fatness, and I add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the mixture. One sachet of Easiyo makes up 1kg of yoghurt, so I figure 2 tabs sugar in it isn't much. By the way, I can't eat artificial sweeteners - even those 'natural' ones like stevia, natvia and splenda.

thanks.I have never heard of it, where can I buy it? The artificial stuff doesn't thrill me at all. Tried making muffins the other day with 3/4 less sugar. Turned out more like scones. But when ya desperate they taste pretty good. thanks for relying.
What about some natural yoghurt that has no sugar. We use Jalna biodynamic natural or another organic brand that is sold at Woolworths, Coles, , some IGAs, or Aldi. Some of tHese may have fruit in them but no sugar. Be careful as some organic brands may have sugar added. Or you could try the Greek yoghurt, but again always just check the labels and add your own fruit to make them extra yummy.

When I make Easiyo I have never put sugar in it. I only let it set for 6 hrs though or else it's a bit strong. You can also use the Easiyo powder in a container in a dreampot if you have one.
