ok so now my small business as a wide load pilot is up and running and i'm out there piloting wide and over size loads around the place, i mostly operate within SA but do cross the border from time to time,,and i run out to the SA/WA border a fair bit too, so I'll keep an eye out for all the grey nomads traveling west or east and you can keep an eye out for me too, I'm not hard to miss,, a light blue 80 series land cruiser with an over size laod ahead sign on the roof and flashing amber lights all over the place and a multitude of radio ariels on the bull bar, I'm always on channel 40 when under escort but have a second uhf scanning all channels,,,see you out there somewhere
