Been staying with my sister and her family in Cairns, and tried her mechanic, who they and other nomadic relatives of ours had found to be honest, efficient, customer service oriented, and no more expensive than anywhere else. I found them to be the same, and when I went to see them a German backpacker was leaving and thanking them profusely for "being so honest":
