Some of you may remember my trying to get a refund on my navigator.
Well I'm happy to report that I got my refund.
I had a phone call from the Area Manager of Aldi, Florian, and he grovelled and apologised sufficiently and authorised my refund at the same store. And the problem Deputy manager, was to be 'educated' on their policy..I hope that meant she got a rap on the knuckles.
Sadly she wasn't there when I went in to get my refund for me to gloat..mind you, she probably wouldn't have remembered me anyway.
As I told Florian, I haven't heard of anyone else having problems with Aldi products and/or refunding, so I won't hold it against them.
