Ravenshoe

Ravenshoe railway complex on the tablelands is just about to announce that they will be a 96 hour stopover. We have just had 4 nights there with hot showers, gold coin donation box, take own toot paper, donation locked box also for water to top up van. it is a very friendly little town who have fought for over a year to keep this place open to travellers & have finally won.

96 hours - pretty good for the facilities and convenience offered, and the friendliness in the town. Had a great time there.

Not to be confused with Ravenswood - http://goo.gl/maps/JSl1A - If you home in you will see a green arrow on another nice cheap camp spot.
