Hi Snap (Gordon) - you are a memeber - just by joining as you have done -it is not like being in a club -with regular organised meetings - we all just say where we are, or going and ask if anyone is in the area, do they want to meet up - Marje (Happy Wanderer) lives closes to Cobb and Co, and she loves to get away - she will probably get on here and have a chat to you at some stage -

Apparently they are tying grey ribbons on the aeriels now, to indicate they are members on here - there are stickers available, but the webmaster, Cindy, is waiting for some more to arrive - she will send them out to you if you private message (pm) her - I am trying to explain the abbreviations we use if that is ok -

Better go - billeeeeeee has brekky ready.

The last meet at Cobb and Co was in May. Someone says they are going to be there at that date or there abouts and anybody who wants to turns up for the amount of time they want to be there. There is no set meeting time, the same happened at Greens Lake.
We are all members once registered on here as Jules said.
Beth set the Cobb and Co up and it ballooned from there.

I hope to be down south in mid October. Does anybody want to meet at Cobb&co. I missed the last meeting as I had to work. I suppose I should ask Beth. Bill

You can organise that yourself Bill. Just say you intend staying there at a particular date and all welcome. Beth is heading down to Vic in October so doubt if she will be available, but I might still be in the area and you never know who else.
I'm heading down to Vic in November so will still be around this area looking for places of interest to stay. Cobb and Co is worth the trip.
A few of the others who have headed north for the winter may be on their way back down about that time and be interested as well.

The school hols end on the 9th Oct, so I should be there later in the week. I will post closer to the date and see who wants to come. Thanks, Marj.

OK - for us NOT in the know - where is Cobb & Co???? Can I suggest that when posting to meetings then maybe at least put a state in the title so if we are near by we can look at that rather than having to go through everything

I just found this thread Bill. As Marj has said, I'll be leaving on or about the 1st of October, heading south. I'll keep a thread going when the time comes so everyone can 'track' me.
