Simplicity of Life

I bought this canvas for $10 in Bundaberg not long after I moved up here. Having hung it on my lounge wall, I only have to look at it for a while and realise what it all means.

To all the people out there who whine, complain and bitch about what they don't like on here and everywhere, chillax.

We spend all out lives worrying about things that never happen, Mark Twain

I could not walk past that scene, without my compassion demon bringing me to an Abrupt Halt ?? [ we do have it easy don't we ? ]

I give thanks every day for my life, and whenever I'm tempted to winge I think about how many people would want to swap places with me.

Saw a guy in the shopping centre yesterday in a wheelchair - he had no legs and only one arm, with a distorted hand and no fingers on that arm.
He had a smile on his face, and was happily sailing along pushing a lever that made his wheelchair work - makes you see your life in a different light.
