Free camping at the Pub in the Paddock

Free camping is now available at the famous Pub in the Paddock just north of St. Helens on the east coast of Tasmania.

 

Tom and Christine have had the pub for just over a year and recently decided to offer free camping.

Showers are available for $5.

 

I stayed there and the meals were good value and the beer was cold :)

We were there in late 2010 - great place! Just sorry the free camping wasn't available then - would've stayed a night for sure. They serve a really good meal (we had lunch) there.

We requested free camp Dec 2010, which enabled us to enjoy a quiet one, and a lovely meal. Had a chat to Priscilla the Pig, bought myself a stubby holder too. Must have been when the present owners first started.
