Lemonade scones are great and work every time.
I also do cheese scones, equal quantities of grated cheese and SR flour, (a cup of each makes about 6 scones) enough liquid (milk or water) to make it the right consistency.
Pat out to about an inch high, then either cut into squares or rounds. Cook about 10 minutes in hot oven.
3 ingredient fruit cakes are great too.
I am into easy and the less ingredients the better!!

An easy to prepare and less ingredients are great combination of your recipe. This means that even my nieces would prepare this quick recipe and share it to friends and family. Thank you for sharing this easy recipe and it does really saves time.
