I actually thought this section was i.e.

The road from A-B is in a state of disrepair, full of rather large pot holes and could cause damage to your van etc OR road from C-D is flooded as of 2/2/12 and looks like it will be for some time I suggest you take route E-F.

Something like that anyway. I could be wrong though and probably are wrong.
