re update to our Roma

Well thanks to all the help for our van troubles we bought the roma new and had to wait while it was built.

Roma have sacked the caravan super store in perth and call them roagues.

I agree that they are worse than useless and are definatly liars.

Toney at Roma is taking control of our repairs.

We have been put off by staff at the caravan super store so much.

We have since been told it's the same story from other people that the Perth mob are useless.

Thanks to Toney we are getting parts delivered and when we get the van to Melbourne they will take care of the issues we have been fighting over with perth for 2 years.

Roma are great vans its the truck driver that delivered the van he stored some extra freight in the van and something fell and cracked a bench top which the caravan super store in Perth didn't want to fix

Love our new Roma.
While somethings could have been done better, overall It's up there with the best of them.
It will last us to the end of our vanning days.

Good to hear someone telling how it is. We were hoping to get a Roma if we decide to update. Good it is being fixed but what if you were not going to Melbourne? Anyway, heres hoping when it is fixed that is the end of your problems.Rocket n strop

We are more than happy with Roma and the van is great it's the sales people at the super store that would make car salesmen look like angels.

Once we rang Roma direct we got action just a pitty we faught with the sales people and didn't take it straight to the top.
