Hi everyone just to let you know as a fellow traveller and resident of Bauple, there is a stopover at Bauple with showers and toilets at the rec ground in Forestry Road, a couple of minutes drive off the main highway, local shop and Bauple Historical Society Museum, now a new doctors surgery just open; Bopple Surgery Dr Suzy Baudouef, opposite Bauple Museum....at Tiaro free campsite just behind the Royal Hotel on the main street of Tiaro, showers and toilets and shops are a short walk through the park.

Great place to own property at reasonable prices in both townships, to use as a base if you are travelling a lot.  www.maryriverrealtyfrasercoast.com  new real estate open now, located a t 2 Grenfell Street Tiaro opposite B & H Rural.

Gday...

As these places are under the "QLD sub-forum" they are in QLD.

They are on the Bruce Hwy between Gympie and Maryborough.

Unfortunately, I think both are now somewhat restricted for campers. Only fully self-contained vehicles are allowed and limited time.
