Travelling north

Kia Ora,well here I am in Kalbarri, has changed somewhat since I was here last some15 years ago. Probably for the better, a little more polish to the place now. Weather is beautiful, light breeze and the roar of the ocean ever present.

Left Perth last Friday, not much sign of the wild flowers until Enneabba, maybe more prolific inland a little. Left the serenity of Crisjon's farm and drove up here via Port Gregory. What a lovely drive it is. Large valleys and huge rolling fields of yellow canola crops. Easy drive , good road and not too much traffic.Ambled along at 80kpmh and no traffic to hassle me  .Loved it

Will head further north tomorrowsmile

Have you been out to the National Park yet. I had a great time last year exploring the walk trails at Ross Graham look out in September. The wildflowers were just starting to show around that area then. Stayed at the Ancorage C/P great site overlooking the river.

Hi Bob,

Seems strange not seeing your rig across the paddock when we look out of the bedroom window in the morning. Glad you are travelling well. That Magi still singing all night.

Sorry I missed you Gerty, spent for days getting to Carnarvon. All good, weather great. Will head out to Qobba tomorrow and check out the blow holes, spending a couple of days here and then heading out to Marble Bar in a long winded , zig zag, Don't want to spend time in Hedland. Last time there I found it rather depressing. Luvin' this relaxing!
