Son was showing me his last night, just bought it. I'm sure it was that one, had lots of different applications to use. he seemed happy with it. like a boy with a new toy.

They Just like a map sometimes they will show a road thats not there but they are better than chasing over the map to find a place so its good to have both to call on, and they will get you closer to the point you want to get to.

Because I don't have a built-in "navigator" I find it handy in strange places to find my way around.
I can't depend on it when I'm on the job because it doesn't specify "OD" (over dimension) routes. I can't set a route from Adelaide to Mackay for example, because it would direct me to a road which could be weight restricted or have some other restriction on it.
I usually set up my day of travel on google maps, check out the book and then set up the GPS.
Besides, I never get lost. Someone always tells me where to go.
Whether I go there or not is another matter.

I bought the Hema some time ago, but haven't had a chance to give it a good workout yet.

I particularly got that one, as it already has all the maps I need, including Off-road, so I don't have to worry about uploading etc.   I need things as simple as possible.

Cheers,

Sheba.
