Headlight adj on Toyota Cruiser, 100 series

Could some please tell how you adjust the headlights on a this vehicle. I want to lower them just a touch. I think I have found the adjusters but not sure. Would not want to get it wrong.

My Nissan Pathfinder (Toyota Rescue Vehicle ) has a small roller for the want of a term on the right hand side to the driver on the lower dash board which allows minor adjust when vehicle loading causes it to go down in the rear, If you intend playing around with the headlight assembly itself I would take it to a rego check station who has the gear to set them at the legal height. Better than getting an RTA defect notice down the track.

We have just bought a 100 series cruiser. M.O.T.H has been reading the service guide and says there are details in it of how to adjust the headlights.
