Great service, what a refreshing change.....

My Thetford pump gave up the ghost for my toilet flush, so off I went to try to get it repaired. Had a quote from a Jayco repairer here in Bundy, $450. And the part would have to be ordered, no tell on how long for it to arrive. Nearly fell over. Thought I would have to save for awhile for that repair. Then found online Casey's RV's Fitouts & Accessories, also in Bundaberg. Took camper around to him, he had old pump out and new one in, all fixed in half an hour for $131. How brilliant is that, fast, efficient service and he shook my hand as I left and thanked me for the business. Its a husband and wife team, what a couple, I recommend them highly....

I think the Jayco guy did not want the work, I would be inclined to write to Jayco and tell them what happened, they were trying to rip you off.

How refreshing is that!!! Not too often is old fashioned, good service given. We live in Hervey Bay, so will make a note of Casey's. Thanks Blonderer.
Cheers Dellie
