I have a friend who needs to eat Gluten Free food. During experiments with various recipes we came across Buckwheat flour. Even if you are not into gluten free food try making pancakes with Buckwheat Flour. Use your favourite recipe and enjoy a nice change.
I've added buckwheat grains to my (homemade) bread, gives it a yummy taste. I think I've seen bread mixes suitable for those with Coeliac Disease (gluten intolerance), I have seen recipes that use rice flour and I think Xanthen gum or something like that to substitute for the gluten. Maybe buckwheat flour can be used instead of rice flour, not sure, I'm a bit out of my league here.
PS; I should keep away from the what's Cooking Forum, I put on weight every time I read these recipes!

This is an interesting recipe for Pancake and the taste is really delicious. I'd love to prepare this and after I cooked pancake I am going to put any fruits like mangoes, strawberry and drizzle it with chocolate liquid. Sometimes, honey with butter in it and I must the taste is really simple and tastes good.
