Cooking with Heat Beads.

We use a small Webber type BBQ to cook Pork,Lamb etc. These meats are cooked uncovered. The thought entered my head about the safety health wise from the heat Beads.Does anyone have any thoughts or tips about this form of cooking. The Webber certainly cooks to perfection,is cheap, easy to clean and no problem to stow after use.Cheers.Crow 25.Ps.When I say un covered I mean the meat itself is uncovered,no foil etc.Of course the lid must be on and all vents open.confusewink.
