RE: PICK THIS PLACE

Thanks for the interesting story Dunmowin, do you know the 3 guys ?

I recalled driving past Mt Roland, I think on the western side, and was surprised by its amazing sheer face. Didn't take the opportunity to explore the area .

Where is this pic taken?

Well done! 'Tis Gwalia, beautiful place to visit for old buildings and the magnificent mining museum. Your turn.

The building was the offices of a mining company, since they moved out has become quite dilapidated

Took a peek, and saw this - no one has attempted. I recall your avatar, and recall, I believe that it was up Derby WA way?

If I am correct, opening the lottery for another forumite to post a picture.

PS: working on another story for you BobDown

Correct Lorraine, just outside the Kimberley Caravan Park, Derby,  apparently some people can't see the face.

Someone is welcome to have a go, good to see photos from all over Oz, so keep it going.

Cheers Bob

Yes Bill B. Taken on Sunday. It was great to see it full of water. The time before, when we were there a few years back, it looked so dismal and empty.

Over to you.

Agree, we saw it in 2016 and it had a rather faded paint job.

Time for some new blood to participate, rather than the same half dozen or so who regularly take part.

Think  'Tis Arrest Creek, just South of Mitchell, Queensland, and is symbolic of the battles between Bushrangers and Police in the late 1800s and very early 1900s? Cheers

Thanks Lorraine. Perhaps someone else would like to post a photo? Poor reception here prevents me doing so. First in, first served! Cheers
