Convection microwave oven

Hi to all.  Am in process of having draft of our custom built van done.  I have never been an oven user and don't have one in my home kitchen.  I have 2 convection microwaves instead which I find much simpler to use, less costly and shorter time for cooking.  I am wondering if anyway is using a convection microwave in their van and if they are experiencing any difficulties.  cheers Ann confuse

I haven't had one in a caravan but if they work in your home it will work in your caravan it just a smaller home , A lot of us on this site use the potable glass bowl type convection oven which your can store under the bed , size of convection microwave problem fitting into the space but if you can fit one I see no problem

 Jayco put one in our caravan, they must think thats what people prefer! We havent actually used the convection part yet, but if thats what you are used to, no reason not to have one in your van..

my dads got one in his motorhome, we use that more than the stove..
