help with logging into Nomads website.

Hi All,

Can anyone please help,

I would love to post some comments on the Grey Nomads Website,  But....

every time I click on the words "Comment here " I get the following message.......

Could not perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed.

Is this a problem with my computer ? or is it related to the Website ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks kiwijim.

Hi Kiwijim,
Sorry to hear that you're having problems with the 'comment here' links.  Those links just contain an html code which are designed to automatically open your default email program and create an email that is addressed to us.
If you haven't installed a specific email program on your computer (such as Outlook Express or Windows Mail) and specified it as your default email program, you would probably get a message to state that 'default mail client is not installed.'  Our email address is 'editorial@thegreynomads.com.au' so you can copy and paste this link into a new email, and then send it to us.
Hope that helps. We're looking forward to reading your comments

Thanks to the Webmaster for that information,

I shall take a large hammer into the program set-up on this Computer,

Don't you just love the wonders of modern technology.

I'd rather sit around a camp fire and talk face to face with anyone,
than sit in front of a black box which tells me what it will, or won't do.

thanks again,
cheers kiwijim.

Try downloading Thunderbird From this link During the install process you can select tick boxes for the install process to copy your address book and internet settings from your old mail server. At the same time you can set Thunderbird to be your default mail client.
