Finally, after several months of not being able to post new topics, I can now do so, having acquired a you-beaut new wide screen computer. My trusty laptop would not allow new posts. I have no idea why. Won't bore you with how and why it has taken about three full days to get the new machine working. Very, very sketchy "instructions" with the machine, and then I ran into the Telstra wall. Finally, about half an hour ago, it all came together. Thank God I have been on the wagon since election day, or someone at Acer computers would have been seeing a urologist about the removal of a desktop computer from somewhere it is not usually found!
