Fellow Perth residents, brace yourselves for the howls of outrage the new lights will produce from the sad brigade who maintain such things are just to raise government revenue. They refuse to accept the simple fact that if you DON'T speed, you don't give the State a cent. I have long thought that an IQ test should be part of the requirement for a licence. Cheers, Tony
