Front seats to suit a converted Bus.

Hello All,
Iam converting a B58 Bus into a CARAVAN(rego category)Motorhome and would like to know what seats are legal for the passengers.
Is it possible to use "Jason rockers'"or "swivell  type dinning" chairs, designed and manufactured specifically for motorhomes (Winnibago etc).
cheers FnoZi.

The seats will need to be fixed and have seat belts . Look up the Australia Desgin Rules on seating for vehicles and mounting methods , should clear up the situation.

By fixed I mean they need to lock into a position that prevents movement  and must not hamper the seat belt operation .

There are seat dealer around who could advise you better than I
