Capertee is on the Castlereagh Highway (Mudgee Road) between Lithgow and Mudgee.

I am told by a very reliable source that there is a paddock behind the Capertee Hotel that the proprietor of the hotel has opened up for Grey Nomads that are independant.  (He means no power available)

You can stay there for as long as you like  NO CHARGE  and it is even a safe place to leave your van if you want to go touring around the district.

They have meals in the hotel and they tell me the pumpkin soup is great (not as good as mine of course.....LOL)
