A bit more info would help and possibly a mobile number. Jayco would have a record of where the unit was purchased off that number you gave and where they are located, might even be able to get a message to them for you. See their contact details on www.jayco.com.au  

Sounds like they have taken off with the wrong vehicle? Some recall problem with fittings or whatever?
